Join us for a Performing for Immersive & Themed Entertainment session. Only $129 for an intensive one-day workshop of instruction and interaction. 

Discover your role in joining the world’s leading entertainment companies as they utilize immersive experiences and performances to connect with guests. From theatre to theme parks and beyond, students will explore a variety of productions where interactive characters help set the stage for the future of audience engagement. Taught by themed entertainment professional AJ Danna, this online workshop offers an insider’s look at the life of an immersive and themed entertainment performer, theorizing storytelling and advertising as tools for life-changing connections. This course is NOT A PERFORMANCE COACHING COURSE! It is built more upon the theory and deep dive into what goes into immersive & themed entertainment performances and how they tell a story.

The content from this course stays available to you for a full year,  so you will always have the opportunity to go back to prior weeks to review information or download handouts as needed. 

It is our hope that the course content will inspire you to dive into this crazy industry, and become an Essential part of any department. We expect you to have fun while taking the course, because even though it is packed with information and resources, you should still be enjoying every moment of it!

Meet Your Instructor

AJ Danna

Ambassador Instructor

AJ Danna is a Los Angeles-born actor, known primarily for his work in immersive themed entertainment and voiceover. AJ’s improv training from ComedySportz and The Groundlings School prepared him for an acting career dedicated to interpersonal connections, karmically giving back what he often experienced as a young guest at theme parks in Southern California. AJ’s performance work encompasses immersive experiences for clients including Netflix, Amazon, Universal, Blumhouse, Sony, 20th Century Studios, Warner Bros., Audible, and JoJo Siwa. He has also played over one hundred characters for theme parks and entertainment destinations throughout the world. From Alton Towers in the UK to Six Flags Magic Mountain in California, AJ regularly performs voiceovers for theme park rides, haunted attractions, firework shows, and animatronics. He also works as a freelance themed entertainment show writer, frequently collaborating with Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group and Palace Entertainment to develop scripts. Last but not least, you may have seen AJ on Disney Channel, Disney+, or NBC, in addition to his appearances in a variety of documentaries. AJ hopes to see YOU in a TEAD classroom soon!
